I think OZL is a possibility. But the potential (worldwide) partners are so varied that any prediction is like to be wrong, just due to the large sample space. So I am not going to bother guessing.
My strong feeling is that there is already a partner selected, and the formal signing of the deal is subject to MARP approval. Because HGO mentions the MARP and JV announcements will 'coincide' - that suggests to me that the two are related, one being dependant on the other.
MARP target date, according to PIRSA, is 18th December (Friday fortnight), and that there are no contentious issues outstanding.
So, hopefully the SA Gov. will hit their target date for approval, and we will all have a nice paper profit uplift before Christmas. (also WP rock chips due "in the next few weeks").
