Harley, interesting to note that they're now explicitly talking about possible equity for off take as a financing option. Not sure how MH would feel about this as it could further reposition the goal posts as it were. This IMHO adds weight to the importance of getting this KAH placement over the line. Its important for this minimally dilutive placement to go through before the dfs is tabled so as to eliminate the need for further funding initiatives until after the next lot of SP drivers (DFS/ resource upgrade/mining license etc) However, on the other hand, If E for OT does get up it might end up being a nice way of boosting the SP through competitive negotiation. Also, any E for OT percentages above 15% would need our approval. Interesting developments. The next 2 months are going to be very exiting for all SH.
