Neilst, understand your point. My thoughts are that the SPP was always going to be under pressure and that there wasn't a need to raise $11m+ right now, especially at 35c.
A performance hurdle for the management is a satisfactory cap raising - to me this is not just raising the money but also what happens post raising the money. In this regard they need more time admittedly but the lack of "any" PR post the SPP to try and get the SP moving in the right direction creates further disconcertion and among new holders possibly some selling which really damages the appeal of the company....We are seeing a qty at 23.5c for sale now....I think for the very reason that someone is expecting the qrtly to be filled of reasons why TZI fell short of it's targets
