    Hmm, maybe I'm confused by their wording then.

    I took "conversion to equity" as meaning extra dilution of $4.7m into shares.

    But if it is simply by converting already unlisted options into shares then I can see how that is just a good thing as it doesn't increase the fully diluted share base by anything.

    Is that the case with this remaining secured debt facility?
