"Nothing new to report" ... agreed - but the good thing is that there are no unpleasant surprises in it either.

They have stressed that the JV is close to being completed, and while I know this sounds similsr to previous staements, it is re-assuring for me to see it in this quarterly.

I know it is frustrating for long term SHs, but I still get the sense that negotiations are on track, with good news getting very close to being announced.

I remain optimistic.
