Facts

1.December is a low cashflow month for a business that services the SME business arena (ie bills are paid late)

2.As also in the forum December is a low billing month for Voice business SME (on holday so no phone calls Doh!)

3.Costs are stable but revenue loweso ratio is different

3.The CEO is Mr Ryan O'Hare who operates the company
