Just thought I should mention that I heard from Mark on Monday and he had the courtesy to meet me yesterday. We discussed the issues in regards to continuous disclosure. TZ defends their position, as do I based on my own advice. As TZ has been challenged and doesn't have a voice on here, I'm not addressing this matter on here any further.
