From memory, yes it is.
Looking at the SP and the potential for corporate activity, I will be camping on the door at ASIC if we are taken over at a low ball price using the "the price reflects a 25% premium over the VWAP over the last 5 days" rubbish.
Regent capping the price to suit their takeover ambitions should be seen as not paying a premium for control - something that Packer & Rinehart have been tackled on recently.
I have nothing but praise for the operational activities of BCI. Should they let shareholders down by falling prey to what I have referred to then no stone will be left unturned!!!
Starting to get hot under the collar.
