Pros:
Cash at hand - seems high, which is good, although I'd like to see how much CCC is holding as well not just CCL. Am confident that CCL is washing it's face but my shareholdings are in the CCC entity and I want to know that it's solvent. Would also like to see a breakdown of inter-company loans. Can we attribute 74% of that cash at hand in CCL as an asset of CCC? If so we should have ~$10m in cash as a current asset. Not bad for a market cap of ~$37m-$40m.

Botswana - Hurry up. Christmas is coming and those core samples were taken in January. 40% of India is currently in a black out and in dire need of electricity and therefore will be looking to acquire coal resources, we need a quantifiable resource tonnage and grade.

Penumbra - good work, keep it up. Sooner it comes online, starts paying itself off and turning a profit the better.

Sales revenue - decline to be expected given the drop in prices and on a % basis the decline in revenue hasn't been as large as the price drop. Thankfully most of Penumbra is hedged.

Cons/Questions:
Vanmag - WTF? I thought that was an unconditional, binding contract with a bank guarantee held which could be drawn down on in case of default? Someone (Peter Landau?) deserves a size 10 Blundstone to the posterior.

It does take time to get approval to transfer funds out of China but this is ridiculous, as it seems we are now back at square one. My bullshit meter is ringing off the hook, at the very least they should charge a drop dead fee or keep the deposit.

Bergen - seeing as the remaining $2.5m won't be drawn, can this facility be closed out now? that would be a good thing IMO.

Columbia - if the option is exercised, how will this be funded?
