They have until close of announcements at 8:30 tonight, although technically they are able to lodge up until opening of trade at 10:00am tomorrow before the suspension occurs (ie between 8:30am and 10:00am).
If they really wanted to push it out because they would not commence trading until about 10:05 tomorrow (ie due to the staggered open of trading for companies) they could get away with waiting until then and still not be suspended.
