    Looks like Mr Market doesn't like the confusing announcement. Why not just spell out how much oil is flowing?

    I am beginning to think that they made an error and that 300 barrels of liquid should infact read 300 barrels of oil.

    The paragraph seems just too ambiguous to be anything but a mistake.
