It's called "oil fever". Closely related to "gold fever". Habit forming like smoking. Aided by the fact that those in the company continue to get paid while they persue their dream and their hobby. Oilers are noted for this. The answer is to decide if you want to take the risk with them or decide when the time is right to let them go on their way without you. I'll stay with TTE while they are successful but when they are basically a wildcat enterprise then I'm out.
