IPH may get them over the line. I am impressed with the progress of the commissioning stages. Having worked in construction all my life (over 30 year in electronic comunications),have been involved in new tech. systems and intergration into the network, the process looks the same.
:Build,,,Test,,,Load test,,,Reliabilty test,,,Rewrite the hand books.
Some systems I have worked on have taken 12 months to get to 100% reliabilty.
IHP looks to me to be going nicely. I would have thought 6 months a resonable time frame to 'get it right',not knowing the parameters that have been set. So end of April???
Only the commisssiong staff could have a educated quess at that one.
