A slight into the future maybe, if I was in control:
A SPP up to $15K followed by a new fund manager fully underwritten plus a fund taking a large amount in new capital.
Hopefully, they won't loan it out.
I doubt JP Morgan will be around - no matter what, LYC is now over a barrel by those want the SP cheaper via corp. "movements".
Over-exuberance, debt management, bubble.
Mind you, for those, IMO, I believe LYC has stated the facts both constantly & transparently.
LYC may still do very well once the financial strength of the balance sheet is stabilised.
I'd go for close to $200m.
