Quarterly 4c will be released to the market on the 31st July, this will definitely happen... imo, divs ann will be following a month later... other than that I won't guess anything else... I know some of your have better understanding of sbb than i do.. but I will stay with 12c (SP) + 0.65c divs by that date as I studied previously..

My observation, to be honest, it is quite easy to manipulate SBB sp, both sides look weak to me... and ppl in at 6s' may set loose 15-20% stop loss to protect profits hence the recent drift of SP..
