I don't think there is any insider trading going on as info out of China and numbers likely being kept very quiet.

This is purely being discounted for the risk of fraud being an issue I feel. Which appears to be completely unfounded. There is also some accumulation going on by someone which is showing all the characteristics of MBE of recent times.

It is on a PER of 2 and not 6, 6 might be just for the risk of China and business concerns there etc.

This will go at some stage and go quickly when it does, the more shares are being sold by traders and weaker holders means slowly the base is strengthening. I expect something very soon from the company.
