Guys do your research & perhaps those short need to put some facts up rather than 'where has the cash gone'?
Cash level is at or above expectation.
To date they haven't incurred any rehab costs on Koolan Island.
They paid a massive dividend last quarter, this is where the cash went! To shareholders.
Potential of an insurance payout which is not like a non cash impairment but real cash!
Production forecast up from an expected 3M tons to circa 5M tons for 2015 & producing cash of $5-10M p.a.
Which will basically cover amin costs etc.

Currently the SP is reflecting around half the actual value of cash and assets.
Screaming buy.
