Don't want to dwell on oilers but their value is based on reserves and production but for many years they are digging holes in the ground requiring huge capital hence running behind profit but once the digging stops, the oil keeps flowing for many years. (hopefully) AUT was taken over in the mid $4.
To be more relevant, I wonder how long Cochlear operated before getting into the black and just how much capital was spent? Its just the way it is in this stage of development. Especially in the medical field.
However, do you think at .076c that there is shareholder value going forward? Has the product been de-risked enough to become a strong addition to the medical field for a long time and financially can the company sustain the financial requirements going forward?
If the answers are positive, then we're in good shape.
The future CR's and how much dilution is caused while the SP is so low is my concern in the short term.
