As I type I'm along the jungle in an island of Cambodia (in fact they're filming survivor not far from here!). Believe me they are all worried about their data / mobile usage! Try making a call on one of the locals smart phone to a local number - as I had to do the other day because my local carrier had no coverage - they are concerned about every cent this costs them!

But they make up a small percentage of people struggling to fight for the very limited bandwidth available - us tourists, who make up 90% of the population of the island, would LOVE a low bandwidth way to call home.
