Rather a disappointing update from farjock I thought, given he previously he seemed to wax so lyrical about the potential of commingled thin sands in some wells when he stated:

"give me a multi net thin sand equivalent to a blocky sand any day they are like a box of chocolates??!!!"

Although in his latest response farjock is careful not to exclude the possibility a productive result, he does seem a bit more tentative about it all at SNE3 doesn't he?

Given the blocky sands proven performance at SNE2, personally I think I'd much prefer to see them stretch to SNE3 (as per Hot's flat egg theory) instead of experience the vagaries of thinner sands , wouldn't you? Not that I think there is much chance of that, as previously explained earlier in the thread (sorry hot)
