That's about how I understand it. I'm sure a budget should have a contingency side to it, so the drilling costs come in below budget but to expectations!!
Sounds like they are doing a good job so far with drilling just a bit quiet on info side but it isn't as if we weren't told. All going to plan as far as I can see. Or at least no hint of troubles!! Also you get what you pay for. Drilling without problems sounds ideal to me. Touch wood.
