The share price makes perfect sense, it reflects that value of the SNE discovery of circa 300 MMstb. The next uplift in share price will come from further exploration success, e.g. Bellatrix, and if they add a Sirius or Soleil as a 4th well that would be good (low hanging fruit first - FAN is a long term proposition).
