I seriously think Cairn will not say the field is commercial when POO is at US35.
If anything they might say it would be commercial at US50/US60.
I think it matters not how big this field is until POO gets to and sustains these type of prices.

Cant imagine any lenders in this sort of climate even opening the door to FAR regards lending to develop until POO gets to a higher sustainable level.
And that surely would apply to the major holders as well as most oilers borrow to develop.

When oil was US100+ there was no problem borrowing.
Trouble is lenders are pretty short sighted when it comes to what ifs.
The US housing bubble was a classic example.
Many banks went broke and disappeared with their lending practices.

Even lately as you all know the lenders to shale oil exploration will soon feel the pain.
Lenders NEVER learn as greed takes over common sense.

I think plenty will be disappointed again with the outcomes here.
The rah rahs have plenty skin in the game so its natural to feel super optimistic regardless of previous disappointments of the SP.

Make no mistake in higher oil price days this discovery would have pushed the SP to triple what it is.
Trouble is the market is smarter than us dumb investors.

FAR has found oil which is good for the future.
When that future arrives is the $64k question.
