10 million is pretty much the requirement to be a Top 25 shareholder (ignoring those with multiple accounts) so can't be that many who have the scale to lodge a sell order of that size.
Might be whoever got issues with 14m on Monday at 0.01 for a handy 50% profit in a week. Or of course a strategy to block and bring out some sellers below it in order to accumulate.....would be interesting to see what happens if someone has a nibble at 0.15 ie whether gets withdrawn.
Who knows, I guess?! Time will tell
