Entities required to provide quarterly cash flow reports under the ASX's "commitments tests" are obliged to submit those reports no later than one month after the end of the relevant quarter. So we can expect the next NAN cash flow report on or before 31 October 2016.
All of the obligations of entities in relation to provision of cash flow reports to the ASX are covered in ASX guidance note 23.
NAN has had two consecutive quarters of positive cash flow. ASX generally require a company to register 4 consecutive quarters of positive cash flow before being released from the obligation of providing quarterly cash flow reports (see page 7 of ASX guidance note 23)
