    I feel you think I am attacking you, that is not the case, quite the opposite in fact.

    Major SH's do tap boards on the shoulder from time to time. What I fail to understand is why this is still going on, the top 20 have had more than ample time to get rid of them behind closed doors, there has been ample time for this to have been done quietly. So again...

    Why hasn't it happened yet?
