I don't see any reason why this is a case of "lack of understanding" on smugs & co's part. I really think that they are being tagged along by their "contacts" or have a wider interest in publicising this company.

There is no shareholder aside from MP that could possibly be happy about what is going on. At first we could speculate about the numbers, but as they start coming to light, there is no shareholder that must feel livid about the fanciful stories the management have spun over the past year. Even the directors and major shareholders are bailing.

I think they're going to have a heck of a time for their next capital raising.
