The receipts from customers fdoes not add to Qtr 3 to arrive at YTD, overstated 15%.
The expenditure is 100% Qtr 3. The closing statement does/does not* give a true view of matters disclosed.
At least they can smoke $17,000,000 in the pipe and and interview a Wallstreet reporter.
