Potential 'acquisitions' mentioned at the end. COVID creating some opportunities.
So exercising the options early would give management some more cash and flexibility. Giving them a few weeks advantage, to consider any opportunities sooner, since the opportunities won't last forever.
Though it's still generally smarter to wait until after the quarterly, so exercising in 10 days time if the quarterly is fine. I'm converting some now anyway, but not all of them, until after the quarterly.
