Yep.
Long shot but there's a possibility that......
1) you're right on the rig sale &/or
2)negotiations for a settlement are in train/close
& they've been holding off posting the quarterly in order that a further write down isn't required. In any case it will be interesting & I keep looking at the market cap of DDH at 4x MSV with a comparable rig count though DDH have a full utilization rate & a better balance sheet to the tune of $25million. Still there's a massive gap in the valuations.......
