Debt plan was stated as intention to pay back 50% of the debt by the end of the year.
Regarding China JV. TF mentioned that a larger than usual "gathering of the clan" (all JV partners) was due to take place later this month. Depending on the results of the first China well (risky -- stratigraphic play) there is the potential for an optimistic announcment and a big push up.
