Good news or bad looks like the market is always ready and willing to give this a spank at the sign of any downturn.
I must admit this has been my biggest disappointment so far.
Just look at yesterday for a good indication of how PDN performs. The market up almost 300 points and PDN up 10-15 cents.
The speculative money has dried up and therefore I dont think this will rise like the old days.
I have to say this is now a screaming SELL
