Interesting Nobull. I have actually heard a rumour that an agreement has been reached for MZC to build a plant. Like Rob I prefer to place little stock on rumours but it's an interesting coincidence with what you have revealed there - odd occurences make me prick my ears up. I have forwarded those links to someone I know who I think may be able to get a translation.
I would be a bit annoyed if there is any truth to this rumour of an agreement and it hasn't been announced by UCL however must assume for now that it it not true for that very reason. It seems more likely that some official has shot his mouth off to big note himself yet again - been quite a few of these types of articles now.
Even though most of it has been inaccurate its still disappointing that there is more information released about Mehdiabad in Iran than here - just highlights how much we've been isolated over the last 18 months.
