deidre i have been thinking this all along as they are waiting hoping that they can get what is needed done by the deadline for the 1/4ly.
Only think i can think of as apart from this the rest is pretty straighforward and probably done already.
Then i guess if it does not make the dealine
(whatever it is)another announcement may follow shortly a few days after they lodge the 1/4rly.
Plenty of posibilities i guess.
