    It's not a debt facility is it Rifici? It's a factoring arrangement.

    95% of value of existing outstanding US invoices paid straight away, and 85% after that.

    Ditching 15% of the sales value in return for prompt payment. I hope their profit margin is over 15%!

    I'd like to know how long the arrangement continues for.
