I disagree with joondy in a sense. I appreciate it takes time but the structure of our dealings helps this aspect. At the moment, it appears joondalup has the option of committing and limiting their options going forward to hmd at a higher cost than just continuing on discounted trial rates.
I may not be a health business analyst but why pay more to reduce my options?
The extension of trial terms in my opinion should have commercial rates attached at some point. 2 years seems generous.
