how good a read is the quarterly and they have pretty stated all the steps have been taken with respect to nasdaq - mmmmm you happy now that they can press the trigger whenever.
also plenty of cash in the bank.
the people on board are a credit - high level people from respectable firms.
pretty much its all systems go and if the alluded dkr deal to get them out of the way is done, hold on tight!
