Its been obvious that TZ lacks is an independent board - in the short term it did not appear to be an issue, as we were being told that a new US based board was to be appointed for NASDAQ. Well we know where that all ended.

While its been great for AS to have his yes men mates, Falconer and Otten, on the board for his own purposes, it has been clearly ineffective in driving the business forward.

So I agree they are a waste of space, but I also think that changing the board now would be a little too late. Its too late to alter the course of the current strategy, and if it doesn't pay off, its all over baby!

By the way, can any AS fans please explain how it was that TZ was apparently still planning up until October '08, on listing on NASDAQ by December '08, yet delivered a quarterly today which showed absoluteley ZERO in TZ revenue? .
