he believes there is no competition - with the same funcationilty as TZ.
i think that if they struggle to get momentum, AS would salvage share holder by seeking an offer.
they could easily be folded into a global fastening compay or tech company. however i stress that this would be the last resort. i would think management still want the big pay day, just got put back a while, like most peoples plans.
