The way i see it..we were all hoping for good news of drill times but Range are not in control of this! It is all about Africa Oil! Money is being funnelled in their direction and they will announce when they are ready which would have to be no later then their meeting later this month. All looks good at moment as they have the funds to do it! They know their deadlines! They will DRILL!! Farole is doing a great job and has showed no resistance to the deals done! He isnt gonna make an issue of it either as he didnt like the original deal but knows he cant delay any longer possibilities of major income coming his way! Offshore deals will come too but it must be a huge investment for a company to enter in such agreements and this will take time. The pirates are not helping this part at all! The pirates will go away when major investment is on their land and waters to benefit their people! Range is a sleeping giant and will prosper IMO!!!!!!!!!!!!
