I recall being told by management to expect offshore JV late '07.....I forgot to ask if that was 2007 or 3007.
Regardless, I hold stock, but I dont hold my breath.
the top end of town is recovering wonderfully and penny dreadfuls are now recovering. And mid caps are booming. Money, for the time being, is best parked elsewhere
