but my point in highlighting the SP levels is that the market is probably only valuing FNT on the prospect of the JV right now because of the sub optimal andewa grades and any decent hits will see the SP rise.
also i dont think most LT holders want a takeover until Andewa and the JV results are fully outlined.... unless of course its a $1+ a share
your 2nd last paragraph statements are based on no released info and im not sure how you can possibly quantify them, you prob should post IMO
