This does sound like a complicated mess. On 17th March Ethan Minerals released an announcement to ASX saying that Allegra had entered into an agreement with Jazzman for Jazzman to sell all its prospecting and mining rights and interests. Was this then a lie to us shareholders? Or did something change after this announcement came through? The announcement also said that they have now increased their land cover to 700km2. Is this now also void? Is the only solution for some other larger company like BHP to buy out Jazzman again? Or to forget Zambia altogether and stick to Mary Springs and gold project in Indonesia?
