I'd hope the other areas were not tied to the JV. They might be a good card to play as Quasar are obviously calling more than their fair share of shots. The boss used the word 'challenging' when talking about AGS relationship with the senior partners, well thats just a euphemism for theyre being really difficult and are trying to screw us for all they can.
