Quite true DaveInPerth but if it was a more powerful and established group who could really breathe down Heathgates neck and really let them know they were on to every move it might count. I wonder if a bigger and stronger partner might be able to ensure everything was played according to not only the legal requirements but some ethical and moral expectations as well. In any case I'm sure our leaders are astute and would explore every possible way of getting the best for AGS shareholders. My point was - if Heathgate etc knew that another group was keen on AGS share, it might get all things moving a bit faster to our advantage. RIVANDA
