The matter will be listed as 'For Judgement' on the case list (even-though, one of two things can result). Counsel will attend.

HH will call the matter on and either announce his judgment personally in court, or, he may simply call it on and simply publish his judgment and reasons then hand down his written out-come.

It may have been intended to hand down judgment within two weeks following the trial how-ever judgments can be quite lengthy and involved. We must all appreciate that this trial was quite complex and involved and Stanley,J will be extremely precise and cover absolutely every thing in-depth. (Also, bear in mind HH commenced a Supreme Court Murder trial the following Monday.
