A corporate lawyer advised me today, that if there is a partnership between HQ and AGS/ACE, then we have a strong argument.
I wont get too deep and meaningful, but he advised me that the whole case hinged on this, doing business together and being partners are two different things,
The wording in the contract is key, as partners HQ has a responsibility to "basically" play fair.
As straight business associates there is no obligation.
