a non-u.s. utility is currently evaluating offers for 260,000 lbs u3o8 for later this year. it would be interesting to know if a reasonable person would accept the fact that quasar's possible current inaction to engage in any form of uranium sales is acceptable behaviour by quasar with regard to what is fair play for ags.
