Judge Stanley, being a professional, will judge the case on it's merits and the law. And since we don't have any understanding of the law we can't say which way this will go. And since you aren't a lawyer Mmartin your guess is as good or bad as anyone's.
Even the lawyers can't agree which way this will go.
