Made contact with the Registry today to see if there have been any further records of outcome. I've been informed that there's been nothing since the 11.06.2015. Guess that means there are no further points left to argue & the matter is with the judge.

With regards to possible appeals, it is my understanding that you can't appeal just because you don't like the decision. The judge needs to have made some error in law for an appeal to be heard. I think there is a good chance that this judgement will be the end of it. I.e its not going to drag out an eternity.
